Abstract: The present invention relates to a personalized English Language Teaching (ELT) framework that integrates behavioral learning analytics with predictive assessment to provide adaptive, learner-specific language instruction. The framework captures and analyzes learner behavioral parameters, including learning activity, response patterns, participation frequency, task completion, interaction history, error trends, engagement levels, and assessment performance. The collected data are processed to generate individualized learner profiles representing linguistic proficiency, learning behavior, strengths, weaknesses, and progression patterns. A predictive assessment module analyzes historical and real-time learning data to estimate future performance, identify potential learning difficulties, and determine areas requiring targeted intervention. Based on the generated predictions and behavioral profiles, the framework dynamically recommends personalized learning content, language exercises, assessment difficulty, practice sequences, and instructional strategies. The framework further provides continuous feedback by comparing predicted and actual learner outcomes and updating the learner profile accordingly. An educator interface enables teachers to monitor individual and group learning trajectories, identify at-risk learners, and obtain data-driven recommendations for instructional planning. The proposed framework thereby establishes a continuous cycle of behavioral data acquisition, learner profiling, predictive assessment, personalized content adaptation, performance monitoring, and profile refinement. The invention is designed to improve learner engagement, individualized instruction, assessment accuracy, and English language learning outcomes while supporting scalable and data-driven ELT environments.
