Abstract: A personal cooling and massaging device comprising, a cuboidal housing 101 with a flexible strap 102 attached with each of two oppositely located lateral surface for strapping onto body of a user, one end of the strap 102 is spooled onto a motorized roller 103 attached with one of the lateral surfaces of the housing 101 for loosening or tightening of the strapped housing 101, a pair of motorized fans 104 disposed within the housing 101 by means of ball and socket joints, to direct air towards body of the user via plurality of openings 105 provided on surfaces of the housing 101 for cooling, a water storage chamber provided within the housing 101, a nozzle is attached with the chamber, connected with a pump located within the chamber, for spraying water in front of the fans 104 for providing enhanced cooling to the user.
