Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a perovskite ceramic composition having the formula (Ba1-xSrx)(MgyTi1-y)O3, wherein x ranges from 0.40 to 0.60 and y ranges from 0.01 to 0.10. The present disclosure also relates to a method for preparing a perovskite ceramic composition of Formula (I), the method comprising: a) mixing of a barium precursor, a strontium precursor, a titanium precursor, a magnesium precursor in stoichiometric proportions to obtain a precursor mixture; b) milling a solvent in the precursor mixture to obtain a slurry; c) drying the slurry to obtain mixed powders; d) calcining the powders to obtain a calcined powder; e) pulverizing and granulating the calcined powders to obtain a granulated powder; f) compacting the granulated powders into a compacted body; and g) sintering the compacted body to obtain a perovskite ceramic composition of Formula (I).
