Abstract: Abstract of Invention Perio Twist is a manually adjustable toothbmsh comprising an elongated handle and a bmsh head coupled through a controlled rotational interface incorporating an indexed detent locking mechanism. The mechanism enables the bmsh head to selectively engage three discrete angular positions relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, including a first angled orientation, a neutral orientation, and a second angled orientation opposite to the first. The angled positions are configured to approximate clinically recommended gingival brushing angulation, includmg approximately 45-Ll~;gu::c Ldstk placement toward the gingival margin. The rotational interface includes cooperating engagement stmctures that provide stable positional locking and restrict movement to predefined orientations. A color- coded orientation system is integrated at the interface to visually indicate the selected position upon engagement. The configuration enables repeatable, arch-specific positioning of the brush head and provides mechanically stabilized angulation during bmshing while maintaining compatibility with conventional manual oral hygiene practice
