Abstract: The present invention relates to a dental composite filling instrument (100) comprising a handle (103) and a dual-ended removable working head (101) detachably coupled through a threaded coupling interface (104). The working head (101) defines working surfaces (105) coated with polyether ether ketone (PEEK) having a thickness in the range of 40 µm to 50 µm, providing a non-stick, biocompatible, and wear-resistant interface for manipulation of composite restorative materials. The handle (103) includes a silicone grip (102) configured to enhance ergonomic control, reduce slippage, and improve tactile feedback during operation. The dual-ended configuration includes a flat working end (106) and a condenser working end (107), enabling multiple functional operations using a single instrument. The detachable architecture allows interchangeability of working heads (101), facilitating sterilization efficiency and reducing instrument count. The invention improves precision, reduces composite adhesion, minimizes material wastage, and enhances overall clinical efficiency in restorative dental procedures.
