Abstract: The present invention relates to a dental composite filling instrument (100) comprising a handle (103) and a dual-ended removable working head (101) detachably coupled through a threaded coupling interface (104). The working head (101) defines working surfaces (105) coated with polyether ether ketone (PEEK) having a thickness in the range of 40 µm to 50 µm, providing a non-stick, biocompatible, and wear-resistant interface for manipulation of composite restorative materials. The handle (103) includes a silicone grip (102) configured to enhance ergonomic control, reduce slippage, and improve tactile feedback during operation. The dual-ended configuration includes a flat working end (106) and a condenser working end (107), enabling multiple functional operations using a single instrument. The detachable architecture allows interchangeability of working heads (101), facilitating sterilization efficiency and reducing instrument count.
