Abstract: A peanut shell cracking device comprises of an elongated rectangular primary plate 101 and an elongated rectangular secondary plate 102 attached with each other by a hinge 103 and arranged in a V-shape, a drawer mechanism 104 for allowing an adjustment in length of the plates, an iris lid 105 provided on each the primary plate 101 and the secondary plate 102 for an insertion of index finger and thumb of user, a plurality curved flaps 106 attached on an upper surface of the secondary plate 102 by pivot joints 107 forming a hemispherical shape, a suction cup 201 is provided at a center of flaps 106 for gripping of peanut, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit installed on primary plat for recording and processing images in a vicinity of primary plate 101, a telescopic gripper 108 attached with secondary plate 102 for removing broken shells pieces from cracked peanuts.
