Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a pavement repair and marking apparatus (100) configured to perform cleaning, crack detection, filler dispensing, compaction, curing, and pavement marking during continuous movement. The pavement repair and marking apparatus (100) comprises a mobile support structure (102), a motion tracking arrangement (104), a surface cleaning module (106), a crack sensing assembly (108), a multi-zone dispensing assembly (110), a compaction assembly (112), a curing module (114), a marking module (116), and a control unit (118). The crack sensing assembly (108) comprises a surface discontinuity sensing unit (120) and a laser- camera triangulation module (122) for determining crack depth, width, and lateral position. The pavement repair and marking apparatus (100) is capable of reducing operator intervention, maintenance time, and traffic disruption during pavement repair activities.
