Abstract: The present invention discloses a computer-implemented end-to-end patient feedback and satisfaction analytics platform for hospitals. The platform comprises an omni- channel feedback input layer receiving patient feedback through mobile applications, web portals, IVR/SMS gateways, kiosks, IoT-enabled wearable devices, social media connectors, and EMR/HIS API integrations. An AI/ML processing engine performs multi-lingual natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic clustering, predictive satisfaction score modelling, and anomaly detection across multiple Indian regional languages. A real-time alerting and escalation module automatically notifies designated hospital personnel upon threshold breaches and tracks complaint resolution. An interactive role-specific dashboard and reporting engine generates NABH- and JCI-aligned quality reports. A benchmarking module enables comparative analytics against national accreditation thresholds and peer institutions. All data processing activities are governed by a security layer providing AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 in-transit protection, role-based access control, patient consent management compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, immutable audit logging, and dynamic anonymisation. The invention transforms unstructured patient feedback into structured quality intelligence, enabling data-driven continuous quality improvement in hospital settings.
