Abstract: The present invention is related to Pathu Rail System which is a high-efficiency, terrain-adaptive monorail network designed to handle up to a 300 kg Safe Working Load (SWL) across non-uniform topographies. The infrastructure features 3-meter interlocking modular track panels (104) supported by an anchored substructure of vertical posts and horizontal bracing designed to resist torsional deflection and base subsidence. Power transmission is executed via an integrated engine (Figure 1) drive unit linked to a specialized drive pulley assembly that directly interfaces with a precisely machined track tooth profile to eliminate drive slippage and track skipping. Operating under a rigid digital and mechanical safety matrix, the system incorporates automated emergency stop switches, real-time tracking, sensor-driven interlocks, and a dual-frequency maintenance schedule tailored to tolerate severe environmental contexts like rocky or snow-bound conditions.
