MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641088979 A) filed by A Vikram Sole Proprietor Trading As Ms Vcs Asset Integrity on July 21, 2026, for Passively Actuated Split-Sleeve Thermal Mitigation Assembly For Pressurized Fluid Loops.
Inventor includes A Vikram.
The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: An unpowered, passively actuated split-sleeve thermal mitigation assembly for pressurized fluid loops is disclosed. The assembly includes a multi-piece split-sleeve housing (10) enclosing a portion of a fluid conduit, a solid-state shape-memory alloy (SMA) actuator (12), a dual-chamber kinetic shock-dampening sleeve (14), and a fluid-control sleeve (16). Upon exposure to a predetermined ambient thermal threshold, the SMA actuator (12) undergoes a solid-state phase transformation, mechanically driving the fluid-control sleeve (16) to initiate localized fluid cooling and flow regulation without reliance on external electrical power, SCADA control signals, or manual intervention.
