The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT PASSIVE WEARABLE EMERGENCY IDENTIFICATION BAND WITH SECURE SCAN-TRIGGERED EMERGENCY INFORMATION ACCESS AND GEO-TAGGED ALERTS An emergency identification and information access system (200) comprises a battery-free wearable band (100) having a laser- engraved machine-readable code (110) encoding only an encrypted, server-revocable unique identifier, and a remote server (206) coupled to an encrypted profile database (208). Scanning the code (110) with any smartphone camera (203) directs the device’s browser, without any application, over an encrypted channel (204) to the server (206), which validates the identifier, issues a time-limited single-session token, and serves a consent-tiered emergency information interface (300) presenting identity, blood group, medical data, one-touch contact and ambulance calls, and nearest hospitals. Concurrently and automatically, a geo-tagged, time-stamped scan- event alert (500) is transmitted to registered contact devices (220) with a live map view (510). Scan-anomaly analytics (224) detect cloned codes, and an SMS fallback serves low-connectivity environments. (FIG. 3)
