The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT PASSIVE SENSOR TAG HAVING DUAL STOCHASTIC BREAKDOWN BRANCHES SHARING A COMMON CHARGE STORAGE NODE A passive sensor tag (100) includes an antenna (102), a rectifying harvester (104) producing a harvested charging current, a single common charge storage node (106), and a backscatter modulator (110) altering antenna reflection. A first branch (120) and a second branch (130) draw charge from the node (106), each including a charging path (122, 132) and a stochastic breakdown element (126, 136) energized through the charging path and actuating the modulator (110) upon breakdown. The first charging path (122) includes a sensing element (124) responsive to a measurand; the second charging path (132) includes a fixed reference element (134). The breakdown elements (126, 136) break down spontaneously at noise-randomized intervals, are matched, and share a common noise-perturbed threshold, so that a ratio of branch mean breakdown rates is substantially invariant to incident power. The tag has no clock and no assigned identifier code. (Fig. 1) (Fig. 1)
