Abstract: A UE has a trained model used for positioning of the UE within a cellular network, and the UE extracts characterization for data that is input to the trained model for ML inference to form an inference data characterization. The UE compares the inference data characterization with training input data characterization from a characterization of training input data that were used to train a model that resulted in the trained model. The UE computes a metric for the trained model based on the comparison and sends indication of the metric from the UE toward an LMF in the cellular network. The LMF receives the indication of the metric, and determines one or more actions to perform based on at least the metric.
