MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514044335 A) filed by Delta Electronics, Inc. on May 07, 2025, for Passive Hysteresis Current Source Circuit.
Inventor includes Ke, Ming-Yang.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: A passive hysteresis current source circuit (100, 200, 300) includes a high-side switch (QH), a low-side switch (QL), an inductive component (L), and a controller (10). The low-side switch (QL) is connected to the high-side switch (QH) in series on a common node (NC) to form an input side (IN). The high-side switch (QH) receives an input voltage (VIN), and the low-side switch (QL) is connected to a ground terminal (GND). The inductive component (L) has a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal is connected to the common node (NC), and the second terminal outputs an output current (IOUT) flowing through the inductive component (L). The controller (10) receives a current voltage signal (VIOUT) corresponding to the output current (IOUT) and a reference voltage signal (VREF), and compares the current voltage signal (VIOUT) with the reference voltage signal (VREF). Based on the reference voltage signal (VREF) being greater than the current voltage signal (VIOUT), the controller (10) turns on the high-side switch (QH) and turns off the low-side switch (QL), and based on the reference voltage signal (VREF) being less than the current voltage signal (VIOUT), the controller (10) turns off the high-side switch (QH) and turns on the low-side switch (QL) so as to provide the output current (IOUT) with a constant value.
