Abstract: A passenger guarding device for two-wheelers, comprising a plate 101 installed on seat tube of a two-wheeler, multiple suction units 201 integrated on plate 101 for adhering the plate 101 on the seat tube, an imaging unit 102 embedded on the plate 101 to determine dimensions of the seat tube, multiple motorized hinges 103 integrated in the plate 101 to tilt portions of the plate 101 for getting properly engaged on the seat tube, two motorized clamps 104 integrated on the plate 101 to acquire a grip on the user’s foot portion with the cloth or stuff for clutching the cloth or stuff with the user’s leg, a motorized ball and socket joint 105 integrated in between the plate 101 and clamps 104 for tilting the clamps 104 as per the user’s leg movement in order to prevent any hindrance to the user’s leg movement while riding the two- wheeler.
