Abstract: Provided is a passenger conveyor that reliably notifies a user who is reversely entering an entrance of the passenger conveyor of the fact. The passenger conveyor includes a vibration device 44 that transmits vibration to the user boarding a boarding plate 16 at an exit, a detection device that detects the user walking on the boarding plate 16 from the boarding entrance on a side of the exit and reversely entering steps 14, and a control device 32. When the detection device detects reverse entry of the user, the control device 32 controls the vibration device 44 to vibrate the boarding plate 16 on the side of the exit to notify the reverse entry.
