Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a parking guidance system for providing real-time driver assistance. The system (100) includes multiple smart tiles (104) distributed across parking slots and driving paths within a facility. Each smart tile (104) integrates a vehicle detection sensor (104-2) to detect vehicle presence, a microcontroller (104-4) to determine occupancy, a communication unit (104-6) for data exchange, and a visual guidance system (104-10) with visual indicators (104- 12) to indicate slot status and directional pathways. Occupancy data is aggregated by a processing unit (102) equipped with a processor and memory storing executable instructions. The processing unit (102) receives signals from infrared sensors (106) at entry points to detect approaching vehicles, determines entry direction, and applies a directional greedy allocation technique to select the nearest available slot. The processing unit (102) generates a guidance path using the visual indicators (104-12), enabling drivers to be directed seamlessly from the entry point to the selected slot.
