Abstract: The present application provides an oxadiazolone compound, a herbicidal composition, and a use thereof. In the present application, a position between a sulfonyl group and Cl on a benzene ring of a benzoyl compound is substituted by an oxadiazolone group represented by formula (a) to obtain the oxadiazolone compound. The oxadiazolone compound has not only unexpected high herbicidal activity on various weeds but also relatively high safety to various crops such as corn and rice. Experimental results have shown that the compound provided by the present application has relatively good herbicidal activity, can effectively control weeds such as Echinochloa crusgalli, Digitaria sanguinalis, and Abutilon theophrasti at a low dosage, achieves a good herbicidal effect, and is relatively safe to crops.
