Abstract: Abstract An explainable multimodal deep learning framework for early prediction of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is disclosed. The framework combines ovarian ultrasound imaging and patient clinical biomarkers through a Siamese Neural Network and an adaptive attention-based fusion strategy. High-level imaging representations are integrated with structured clinical information to generate reliable diagnostic predictions. An explainability module provides both visual localization and feature-level interpretation, enabling transparent clinical decision support. The invention improves diagnostic consistency, enhances physician confidence, and supports early intervention through interpretable artificial intelligence.
