Abstract: An outdoor pet protection device for extreme weather conditions comprising, a circular body 101 having a first and a second portion, first portion is installed with an L- shaped handle 102 gripped by a user for taking pet on walk, second portion is connected with a hook 103 via a strap 104 to be engaged with a collar worn by a pet, plurality of motorized rollers 105 configured at periphery of body 101 and wrapped with a sheet having free-ends connected with multiple pair of telescopically operated rods installed with periphery of body 101 to extend and rotate for unwrapping sheet to form a shield around body 101, a motorized hinge 107 configured with each of rods to tilt rods away from body 101, an air blower installed at second portion of body 101 for blowing air to provide comfort to pet.
