Abstract: An orthodontic monitoring device for real time force evaluation, comprising a first housing 101 and a second housing 103 to be mountable over an orthodontic bracket 102, an ultra-thin flexible force-sensitive resistor 104 positioned against a tooth surface to measure orthodontic pressure, a micro-LED photonic array 105 configured to provide real-time visual indications corresponding to measured force levels, an entirely reversible operational module configured to restore normal indications when force returns within a predetermined range, an entirely irreversible operational module configured to permanently activate a critical alarm upon detection of catastrophic force, a medical practitioner user interface inbuilt within a practitioner computing unit configured to establish a reference plane using practitioner-uploaded intraoral images, and a semantic artificial intelligence (AI) engine to evaluate force variations, generate color-coded pressure heatmaps, and compile longitudinal treatment reports for transmission to a patient user interface.
