The novel organometallic complex comprises triflumizole, metal cations, and organic acid anions. The organometallic complex can be prepared by mixing triflumizole and/or a salt thereof with at least one selected from the group consisting of an organic acid metal salt, a combination of an organic acid and a metal compound, and a combination of an organic acid salt and a metal compound. Examples of the metal elements of the metal cations include zinc, copper, magnesium, calcium, nickel, cobalt, iron, and manganese.
