Abstract: ABSTRACT ORAL REHABILITATION DEVICE 5 10 15 An Oral Rehabilitation Device (Fig. 2) is disclosed for treating restricted mouth opening. The device comprises a handheld housing enclosing a programmable control unit, a precision mechatronic actuator driven by a micro-step stepper motor and lead screw, and integrated force-sensing and displacement subsystems. The control unit executes closed-loop feedback to dynamically adjust stretching amplitude, speed, and hold duration based on real-time tissue resistance. The device delivers a cyclic, micro-pulsed stretching protocol to safely promote gradual fibrosis remodeling while monitoring patient compliance and logging therapy analytics for remote clinician review.
