Abstract: Aspects of the invention are directed to oral care compositions providing an enhanced level of shine to teeth. In accordance with some aspects, provided is an oral care composition including from about 0.1 to about 20 wt.% of one or more gelling agent comprising a cross linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, an ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, or a combination of two or more thereof; and from about 1 to about 35 wt.% of one or more abrasive comprising an insoluble phosphate, wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the oral care composition.
