Abstract: Title: Optical Pharmaceutical Dissolution Monitoring Cell With Integrated Sampling Port The present invention relates to an optical pharmaceutical dissolution monitoring cell configured for monitoring pharmaceutical dissolution behavior. The cell comprises a main body (101), a primary functional region (102), a secondary region (103), an interface/supporting region (104), and an additional compartment or layer (105), where applicable. The cell further comprises a transparent sample chamber, optical windows, a controlled fluid inlet, an integrated sampling port and a mounting structure. The transparent sample chamber is configured to contain a pharmaceutical sample and dissolution fluid, while the optical windows provide an optical path for monitoring dissolution behavior. The controlled fluid inlet permits introduction of dissolution fluid into the sample chamber, and the integrated sampling port permits withdrawal of a sample of the dissolution medium. The mounting structure supports positioning and optical alignment of the cell for repeatable dissolution measurements.
