Abstract: Online Solid Fuel consumption monitoring, Solid mass consumption for Boiler/heaters/furnaces/silo’s/bunkers, solid mass ratio control/S:F monitoring system designed for all kind of fossil/non fossil fuel fired boilers/heaters/furnaces. Combining readings from heat rate meter/steam flowmeter and silo/bunker load cell the system monitors the S:F ratio and controls ratio of various solid masses through the PLC panel. It is suitable for all kind of silos/bunkers/fired boilers/furnaces/heaters. System calculates and displays the online Solid Fuel consumption, Solid mass consumption for Boiler/heaters/furnaces/silo’s/bunkers, Controls ratio of masses, monitors S:F ratio of the day without any errors. There is no manual intervention involved in calculating the solid masses ratio/S:F ratio and hence removes the inaccuracy in recording when records are kept manually or manually ratio controlled for various solid masses. It serves as an electronic logbook and electronic ratio control where data gets recorded and stored and hence eliminates the use of manual logbooks as well as human affected ratio’s.
