The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for on-site certification and routing of biomined waste. The method comprises assigning a batch identification number to a batch of biomined waste, identifying at least one fraction thereof, determining physical and contamination parameters of the fraction, and processing normalized values corresponding to the parameters to generate a certification score. A certification grade is assigned based on the certification score, and end-use suitability is determined to generate a routing recommendation identifying a permitted destination selected from construction, road sub-base, composting or soil application, refuse-derived fuel (RDF) processing, and controlled disposal. A certification record comprising the certification grade and permitted destination is generated, thereby enabling traceable and standardized utilization or controlled disposal of biomined waste fractions while reducing ambiguity in end-use decisions.
