Abstract: ABSTRACT ON-DEMAND TAILORING AND ALTERATION PLATFORM WITH INTEGRATED LOGISTICS A system for on-demand tailoring and alteration services includes a customer application (102) configured to enable users to discover tailors based on location, service type, gender specialization, and customer ratings, to place orders by selecting a desired tailoring service, and to choose between a pickup-delivery option and a doorstep measurement option. The system includes a central server (104) configured to process orders and coordinate communications between customers, tailors, and delivery personnel. A tailor interface (106) enables tailors to accept or reject orders and update order status. A delivery module (108) handles garment pickup from a customer location and delivery of a completed garment to the customer location. An order tracking component (110) provides real-time updates at each stage of an order lifecycle including pickup confirmation, measurement completion, order progress, and delivery dispatch.
