Abstract: Abstract: OmniLoop is a 7 -in-1 radial fold-out microbial inoculation instrument compnsmg a compact pen-form stainless steel body encased in a thermoplastic insulating sleeve, housing seven individually pivoting nichrome working tips. The seven tips include bacteriological inoculation loops of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm diameters, a triangular loop, a spreader, and a straight wire, each mounted on an independent pivoting arm. Each tip deploys radially outward from the central body by individual rotation and returns flush to the body when folded back. All tips are fabricated from nichrome wire, ensuring heat resistance and durability under flaming sterilization. The stainless steel body provides structural rigidity and corrosion resistance, while the themw plastic insulating sleeve ensures ergonomic grip and safe handling. The self-contained radial design eliminates the need for separate instruments, interchangeable tip mechanisms, or dedicated storage cases, providing immediate access to all seven inoculation modalities within a single compact instrument
