Abstract: An oil dispensing and brushing device for cooking comprises of a cylindrical container 101 for storing oil, a level sensor installed in the container 101 to detect a level of oil in the container 101, a speaker 102 to alert a user to refill the oil, a circular base 103 having a circular plate 104 attached on the base 103 by means of a motor for a rotation of the plate 104 with respect to the base 103 such that enables an inverted U-shaped telescopic rod 105 attached on the base 103 to grip, plurality of silicon bristles 106 attached on the plate 104 for picking oil from the container 101 and spread on a food surface, a vibration unit installed on the plate 104 to vibrate the bristles 106 to remove excess oil from bristles 106, an imaging unit 107 determine the bristles 106 on contact with food surface.
