Abstract: The proposed research introduces an Offline Phone Assistant for Remote Device Control, a security-focused solution that lets users use SMS commands to carry out necessary phone functions from a distance, even if there is no internet connection. The proposed system provides features like remote contact retrieval, sound profile modification, location tracking, and SIM change detection. The system has a two-step authentication method for providing privacy and avoid misuse of the system. To be able to execute commands, users must input a security code and after verifying the code, The system provides a OTP as response. This OTP must be used with the commands to ensure authenticity. Using this OTP, the user can send commands to retrieve contact remotely. In addition, the system allows network-based location tracking, helping users to locate the exact location of their phone even if GPS is turned off. The system also enhances the feature which sends SMS to a trusted contact when SIM change is detected from the phone. This research enhances user safety, device security, and emergency response capabilities by targeting important smartphone security and accessibility issues.
