Abstract: An offline programming method for a full-six-axis CNC rough machining and polishing device. The method comprises: importing a three-dimensional model of a product into CAM software, interactively setting information of a workpiece coordinate system and a tool coordinate system of the three-dimensional model, selecting a route on which an operation is required, and generating path data; importing the three-dimensional model and the path data into offline programming software, and performing simplification processing on the path data; implementing an overall offset function, a single-point offset function and posture adjustment of the path data in the tool coordinate system; implementing simulation running of a tool and collision detection; on the basis of the path data and tool data, generating an NC program conforming to a program standard; and a six-axis device creating the workpiece coordinate system on the product; and monitoring a running state. Therefore, problems such as the polishing programming efficiency of products of complex structures being low, the follow-up reading, modifying and positioning being time-consuming due to the fact that CAM software exports excessive path data, and there being a certain difference between a model generation path and an actual device running path are solved.
