Abstract: The present invention relates to a decentralized, internet-independent electronic voting system architecture designed for secure, tamper-evident election management in low-connectivity or remote environments. The system comprises a plurality of distributed voting terminals communicatively coupled via a LoRa-based mesh network, wherein each terminal incorporates a multi-biometric authentication module utilizing fingerprint, facial, iris, and voice recognition enhanced by AI-driven liveness detection to verify voter identity and mitigate fraud. An ephemeral Distributed Hash Table (DHT) is integrated for real-time duplicate detection, configured to automatically purge temporary data post-election. Votes are secured using a hybrid RSA-AES encryption scheme and digitally signed via Trusted Platform Module (TPM)-secured cryptographic keys. Aggregator nodes execute homomorphic tally computations on the encrypted data, and final election results are stored in a Merkle tree structure for verifiable integrity, supplemented by a controlled reverification mechanism to resolve data discrepancies.
