Abstract: Offline-First Multilingual Digital Learning Platform for Rural School Students is an offline-first Progressive Web Application (PWA) designed to provide multilingual digital learning resources to rural school students in India.Internet connectivity and device capability in this area are often limited. The system stores lessons, including PPTs, PDFs, and videos, locally on low-end devices. It synchronizes progress only when connectivity is available, ensuring continuous access to curriculum-aligned content. The application includes voice text-to-speech and gamified exercises in the local languages to improve engagement and digital literacy. It also features teacher dashboards for real-time monitoring, auto-graded assignments, and voice-based homework. Local youth receive training as digital mentors to support content sharing through Bluetooth and SD cards and assist teachers and parents. This approach creates a community-driven environment for inclusive digital education. Total Number of words: 146
