Abstract: An object lifting and transferring assistive device comprises of a platform 101 having multiple telescopic rod 102 equipped with motorized wheels 103 to position platform 101 in proximity to carrier portion of vehicle, an imaging unit 104 to determine carrier portion of vehicle, an ultrasonic sensor integrated with platform 101 that works in sync with imaging unit 104 to detect distance of lower portion of carrier portion, a pair of electromagnet 105 to generate a magnetic force for allowing electromagnets 105 to secure the platform 101, a pair of hydraulic units 106 to provide additional stability to platform 101, multiple hydraulic bars 107 to extend and position the plates 108 underneath the item, a motorized conveyor 109 to translate the object towards carrier portion of vehicle and in synchronous to actuation of bars 107 to retract towards carrier portion to allow smooth transfer of item into carrier portion of vehicle.
