The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present invention NYRATx-Organ Transplant Management System provides policy-governed coordination of donor identification, recipient registration, waiting- list management, organ allocation, transplant logistics, clinical workflow, and post-event audit. The system includes interoperable data gateways, a transplant data harmonization engine, a policy rules repository, an advanced analytics engine, a constraint-aware matching engine, and an event-driven orchestration controller. A continuously updated transplant readiness index combines medical compatibility inputs, organ viability decay, recipient urgency, facility preparedness, travel time, resource availability, and regulatory constraints without replacing clinician judgment. A disruption-response module detects transport delays, operating-room changes, data conflicts, or deterioration events and automatically recalculates ranked allocation scenarios while preserving prior decisions in an immutable audit trail. Explainable recommendation records identify decisive factors, excluded candidates, policy rules, and uncertainty values. Human approval gates control allocation release and workflow execution. The system thereby reduces coordination delay, improves traceability, supports equitable allocation, and optimizes end-to-end transplant operations across distributed healthcare institutions.
