Incorporated into the sattu base are dry fruits such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts, which, along with cow ghee, enhance the antioxidant properties of the choco ball. Dates serve as a natural sweetener, contributing to a low glycemic index, and may be supplemented with stevia or monk fruit extract. The choco ball is enveloped in a dark chocolate coating, with tragacanth used as a stabilizer to maintain its shape. The preparation method involves roasting, grinding, and blending the ingredients, followed by shaping and coating the mixture, ensuring a product that supports cholesterol management and overall wellness.
