The mobile-based system is designed to analyze an individual’s dietary intake, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and wearable sensor data to predict potential nutrient deficiencies using machine learning models. The platform combines manual user inputs such as food logs, symptoms, sleep patterns, stress levels, sun exposure, and demographic information with health metrics obtained firom wearable or phone-based medical sensors, including physical activity levels, step count, calories burned, and heart rate. Using this combined data, the Al engine predicts deficiencies such as Iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin Bl2, and Calcium and provides actionable dietary recommendations, personalized nutrition plans, and budget-based meal suggestions. The system ensures accuracy and integrity of predictions through validated nutrient databases and mobile-optimized machine learning models, A centralized Al engine manages all predictions and recommendations, ensuring transparency, security, and ethical handling of user health data.
