Abstract: A nut shell dislodging device comprising, a platform 101 with a multi-sectioned container 102, each section having a sliding gate mechanism 103 controlled via a microphone 104 receiving user voice commands, a microcontroller processes command to open designated section for nut access, a robotic gripper 105 positions nut on plate 106, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 107 synced with ultrasonic sensor determine nuts dimensions, a pair of clamps 108 extend via extendable link 109 to securely grip the nut, an L-shaped bar 110 with pneumatic actuator 111 and a motorized two-axis lead screw arrangement 112 to provide bi-directional movement to actuator 111, circular plate 113 installed at actuator’s end, the actuator 111 extend/retract for providing movement to plate 113 enabling tapping movement for dislodging nut, gripper 105 and sliding gate mechanism 103 open for storing nut shell waste into one section and nut in another section of chamber respectively.
