Abstract: ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to a foldable oral inspection mirror integrated toothbrush designed to facilitate both tooth cleaning and intraoral self- examination during routine oral hygiene practices. The device comprises a toothbrush having a handle, a brush head provided with cleaning bristles, and a foldable oral inspection mirror positioned on the rear side of the brush head. The mirror is connected through a hinge mechanism that enables movement between a concealed folded position and an open viewing position for oral inspection. The mirror remains securely stored behind the brush head when not in use, thereby protecting the reflective surface and maintaining the compact structure of the toothbrush. Upon deployment, the mirror allows visualization of hard-to-reach areas of the oral cavity, including posterior teeth, lingual surfaces, gingival tissues, interdental regions, and orthodontic appliances. The device may further incorporate anti-fog coating, magnification properties, or locking mechanisms to improve visibility and ease of use. The invention eliminates the need for a separate dental mirror, promotes regular oral self- assessment, facilitates early detection of oral abnormalities, and enhances oral hygiene awareness. The integrated design provides a convenient, portable, and cost- effective solution for preventive oral healthcare while maintaining the primary brushing function of a conventional toothbrush
