Abstract: 6. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The patent disclosure covers Novel System, Design and Method of Real-Time Pharmacy Inventory and Stock Monitoring System. The present invention relates to a real time, Al powered framework for analyzing and monitoring pharmacy stock. As pharmacies increasingly manage large and diverse medicine inventories, there is a growing need to track stock levels, predict demand, and prevent shortages and wastage with minimal manual intervention. The proposed system continuously collects inventory data such as stock quantities, sales transactions, and expiry information, and processes this data using an Al driven demand forecasting engine. The system generates real time alerts for low stock and upcoming expiries, and automatically 'suggests reorder quantities and timing base& On ,historical sales *trends and seasonality. Whenever stock levels fall below defined thresholds or medicines approach expiry', the framework can notify pharmacy staff, trigger supplier communication, or recommend corrective action. The invention further incorporates a feedback mechanism that learns from historical sales and reorder outcomes to continuously improve forecasting accuracy. By enabling proactive, data driven inventory decisions, the invention enhances the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of pharmacy stock management. The proposed framework can be applied across independent pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and other medicine retail and distribution environments.
