A dedicated holding tray securely positions the handpiece and organizes bur sets to ensure effective exposure to ultraviolet radiation. The system includes an electronic control unit that regulates the duration ofUV exposure for optimal sterilisation. The device operates using a rechargeable battery or USB power supply, enabling convenient portability and use in various dental settings. Safety features such as a closed sterilisation chamber and protective housing prevent accidental ultraviolet exposure to the operator. The invention enables rapid, chemical-free sterilisation of dental instruments, reduces the risk of cross-infection, and improves efficiency and infection control in routine dental practice.
