Abstract: The present invention provides novel heterocyclic compounds as 15-PGDH inhibitors, or hydrates, solvates or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The novel heterocyclic compounds of the present invention were confirmed to exhibit excellent 15-PGDH inhibitory activity, and thus, it has been found that these can be used for the prevention or treatment of 15-PGDH-related diseases. Therefore, the novel heterocyclic compounds of the present invention can be effectively used for the prevention or treatment of 15- PGDH-related diseases in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
