Abstract: A notice holding device for notice board, comprises of a rectangular member 101 developed to be positioned in contact with a notice board, a cylindrical unit 102 is configured with the first portion that is inserted within pin hole present on the notice board for holding the member 101 with the notice board, an expandable pulley arrangement 103 for increasing diameter of the unit to engage the unit within sad hole, an imaging unit 104 installed with a second portion of the member 101 via a link 105 for detecting placement of notice sheet(s) in contact with the member 101, a pair of motorized clippers 106 for gripping the sheet(s), a microphone 107 installed with the member 101 to give voice commands for flipping the sheet(s), and an OCR module 108 paired with the imaging unit 104 detects any grammatical error on the sheet(s).
