The system utilizes a trapezoidal glass tube [104] designed to allow a variable path length, providing different optical depths for light interaction with the sample. The light source and detectors can be adjusted to vary the path length, ensuring accurate and synchronized measurements. Continuous data collection enables the analysis of the absorbance-path length relationship, detecting nonlinear behaviors. This improves analyte concentration quantification in complex solutions and compensates for sample heterogeneity, ensuring more representative measurements across diverse applications.
