Abstract: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises, by wt%, 1.5-4.5% of Si, 0.1- 2.0% of Al, 0.1-2.0% of Mn, 0.002-0.03% of at least one from among Mo, V and Nb, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, and, in the steel sheet, among the total number of carbides, the proportion of the number of carbides having a particle diameter of 20 nm or more and including at least 5 wt% of at least one from among Mo, V and Nb is 0.2 or more.
