Abstract: A noise suppressor welding assistive device, comprises of a platform 101 with plurality of suction cups 102 to secure platform 101 on surface, a display panel 103 to provide input command regarding carrying out welding of plurality of circular discs along an elongated member, a speaker 104 to notify user to position an elongated member over which discs are to be welded in a holding unit, an imaging unit 106 to detect positioning of member in holding unit 105 to hold member vertically on platform, a chamber 107 to store plurality of discs, a robotic gripper 108 to grip one of disc from chamber and engage with member, a first robotic arm 109 to position a welding unit 110 to weld disc on member, a vertical frame 111 configured with a motorized clamp 112 by means of a linear ratchet mechanism 113 to allow welding unit 110 to weld discs.
