Abstract: ABSTRACT NISOLDIPINE ANALOGUE, A PROCESS FOR ITS PREPARATION AND A PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION PREPARED THEREFROM The present disclosure relates to a Nisoldipine analogue, a process for their preparation, and a pharmaceutical formulation prepared therefrom. The Nisoldipine analogue of the present disclosure is used for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders such as angina pectoris and hypertension. The Nisoldipine analogue and the pharmaceutical formulation prepared therefrom exhibit improved solubility, enhanced bioavailability and enhanced therapeutic efficacy. The present disclosure further provides a simple, economical and commercially scalable process for the preparation of Nisoldipine analogue and its pharmaceutical formulation
