Abstract: The disclosure presents a cost-efficient content delivery system (100) and method (300) for 6G networks, comprising a Content Service Provider (CSP) (102), LEO satellite (104), and cache-enabled UAVs (106) in dynamic clusters. Content requests are served hierarchically from the associated UAV cache to neighboring UAVs (106) within the cluster and finally via satellite backhaul from the CSP (102). The system (100) uses predictive caching, collaborative content sharing, adaptive UAV clustering, and real-time mobility management to optimize coverage, minimize latency, balance network load, and reduce backhaul dependency. Continuous performance evaluation enables dynamic adjustment of caching and delivery strategies, providing scalable, low-cost, low-energy consumption, and high-throughput content delivery, including in remote or underserved areas.
