Al-based recommendation mechanisms analyze user preferences, academic interests, and borrowing history to suggest relevant books, improving user engagement and personalized learning. Automated alerts and notifications inform users about due dates, renewals, and new arrivals, reducing manual effort and overdue issues. The system supports digital access, scalability, and secure data handling, making it suitable for educational institutions and modem learning environments. By maintaining systematic monitoring, intelligent recommendations, and adaptive services, the Next Generation Library System enhances operational efficiency, resource utilization, and user satisfaction.
